Man dies from apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, after barricade in Dundalk

A man was found dead inside a home after a barricade situation in Dundalk on Tuesday that left residents asked to shelter in place, and three schools placed on lockout. Authorities say around 7:30 a.m. on April 1, police were called to the area of German Hill Road and Gray Manor Terrace for a report of shots fired.
