10* STREET AND LINCOLN STREETDENVER

Wednesday, February 19, 2025 - On February 10, 2025, the Denver Police Department received a report of an attempted assault that occurred on February 8, at approximately 3:05 p.m., in the area of 10*h Street and North Lincoln Street. It was reported that the three adult female victims were walking on 10* Street approaching Lincoln Street, and that they were carrying signs and were going to participate in a nearby demonstration. The victims reported that two suspects in a pickup truck yelled white power and Nazi power . Then the suspects threw two glass objects towards the victims and drove away while one of the suspects reportedly displayed a Nazi salute. Through the course of the investigation, the suspects were identified as David Halverson (DOB: 7/25/76) and a juvenile male. On February 18, 2025, the suspects were arrested for three counts of Investigation of Attempted Bias Motivated Crime with Bodily Injury. The final charges will be determined by the Denver District Attorney's Office.
