The Rock Hill Police Department was trying to track down the person responsible for shooting four people this weekend during a house party. The shooting happened during a house party on Saturday, Feb. 15 on Heather Square, right off busy Celanese Road in Rock Hill. Four people were injured in the shooting, with one of them in critical condition, as of Monday. Investigators were back out on the scene at The Villas at 1825 on Monday, Feb. 17. “Somebody took it upon themselves to ruin that night,” said Rock Hill police Chief Michael Chavis.
