A 31-Year-Old Woman Told Police She Was Monitoring Her Flower Stand From Her Car Because Of The Cold Weather When A Silver Car Pulled Up To Look At The Flower Arrangements. Police Said The Driver Got Out Of The Vehicle, Snatched Two Bouquets Worth About $60, And Gave Them To A Passenger In The Back Seat Without Paying, The Robbery Happened Two Days Before Valentine'S Day.
