Police: 'Mass shooting incident' leaves 1 person dead, others injured

A 'mass casualty event' took place in Baltimore County on Tuesday night, according to Baltimore County police. Baltimore County police said multiple people have been taken to area hospitals. Advertisement 11 News observed a large police presence on Loch Raven Boulevard in Parkville. Several blocks were closed.
