The Victim, He Walked Outside To Confront An Unknown Suspect Attempting To Steal His Kia Sportage Car. During The Encounter, The Suspect Produced A Rifle And Fired Multiple Shots In The Victim'S Direction As He (The Suspect) Fled On Foot. The Victim Reportedly Returned Fire After The Suspect Began Shooting.
