Police are searching for a man accused of hitting a male victim with his car behind a 7-Eleven in Colonial Heights in mid-November. At about 2 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, a male victim was found with serious injuries behind the 7-Eleven at 617 Boulevard. Officers with the Colonial Heights Police Department were told by witnesses that the victim was hit by a driver who fled the scene.
