A Report Of Shots Fired. Officers Made Contact With Two Victims Each With A Gunshot Wound. Victims Reported Not Knowing The Offender. Officers Obtained A Detailed Description Of The Offender Who Was Later Located At The Rta Transit Center On Day Dr. The Offender, A 23 Yera Old Male, Was Taken Into Custody.
