A 27-Year-Old Woman Was Leaving Her Apartment When A Man, Who Was Reportedly Armed With A Handgun, And Woman Ran Up To Her And Demanded Her Purse. Police Said The Victim Complied And Ran Back To Her Apartment With Her Eight-Year-Old Daughter.
