The Victim And Subject Had Earlier Been Involved In A Verbal Altercation. The Subject Returned A Short Time Later Along With 2 Other Subjects Who Then Confronted The Victim. One Of The Other Subjects Produced A Gun, Threatening The Victim And Then Fired A Round Into The Air Before They All Fled.
