The Victim Rented His Vehicle To Another Person Using An Online Marketplace Application, The Victim Had Not Received The Last Month'S Rental Payment So He Decided To Retrieve The Vehicle, The Victim, Along With Two Friends, Located The Vehicle, The Victim Contacted The Person Who Originally Rented The Vehicle And Arranged For Them To Bring The Keys To The Vehicle, The Victim And Their Two Friends Were Standing Near The Vehicle When A Lone Male Suspect Approached, The Victim Told The Suspect They Could Not Take The Vehicle, The Suspect Entered The Victim'S Vehicle And Produced A Handgun, The Suspect Discharged Six Rounds From The Handgun, One Friend Of The Victim Was Struck Twice By The Gunfire And Was Taken To The Hospital With Serious Injuries, The Suspect Fled The Scene In The Victim'S Vehicle,
