The Victim, A 24-Year-Old Woman, And An Acquaintance, Identified As The Accused, Were Involved In A Verbal Altercation That Escalated. During The Encounter, The Accused Pointed A Firearm At The Victim Before Placing His Hands Around Her Neck. The Accused Also Struck The Victim Before The Parties Eventually Separated. Minor Injuries Were Reported.
