The Victim, A 19-Year-Old Man, Made Arrangements Over Social Media To Sell A Pair Of Shoes To An Unknown Party In The Parking Lot Of The Above Area. During The Encounter, The Victim Was Shot In The Upper Body. The Suspect Vehicle Left The Area At A High Rate Of Speed Towards I-66. The Victim Was Rerated At An Area Hospital For Non-Life Threatening Injuries. No Other Injuries Or Property Damage Were Reported.
