The Victim Had Been Driving When He Noticed A Woman He Wanted To Speak With. After Pulling Over To Talk To Her, The Woman Allegedly Pulled Out A Firearm And Shot Multiple Rounds Into His Vehicle, Striking Him In The Shoulder.
