A Dark Coloured Vehicle Was Observed Entering A Plaza And A Firearm Was Subsequently Discharged, The Vehicle Fled The Area, Officers Located A Male Youth In The Plaza Who Had Been Shot, He Was Transported To Hospital Where He Was Pronounced Deceased.
