The Officers Determined That There Appeared To Be No Apparent, Reason For The Woman To Have Been At The Residence. When Parsons Started Knocking On The, Front Door, A Victim Inside The Home Called His Father. When The Father Pulled Into The Driveway, The Suspect Fired At Least Three Shots In His Direction, Striking The Vehicle.
