Three people have been hospitalized after a shootout on Interstate 64 westbound that police say began with an altercation at a Henrico County restaurant. According to Virginia State Police, officers with the Henrico County Police Division were assisting with state police’s investigation at a Henrico LongHorn Steakhouse the evening of Tuesday, June 4.
