The Victim And Two Suspects Were Involved In A Verbal Altercation That Turned Physical, Where One Of The Suspects Displayed A Machete And The Other Presented A Handgun. When The Victim Attempted To Run Away, The Suspect Fired A Shot In His Direction, Hitting Him Once In The Foot.
